Everyone at Team Craggies
Our free-range turkeys are from Herb Fed Poultry, Pilmoor, in North Yorkshire. Their award-winning bronze turkeys and roosters are fed a unique diet which includes over 10 varieties of fresh herbs, as well as happily living out in the field as all good birds should.
By maintaining the highest possible animal welfare standards and enhancing this free range diet with fresh herbs, our birds have a delicious flavour that is difficult to find elsewhere.
As a rough guide, a 4.5 kilo bird will serve upto 5 people. Add about half a kilo extra for each extra person you’ll be serving.
We recommend approximately 300g per person, depending on appetites.
Ready-made cheese boards, with four different cheeses serving around 8 to 10 people.
The board itself is included!
Our homemade quiches serve 10 to 12 people.
Our pork pies are all made at Craggies using fresh ingredients from our butcher’s counter.
